    We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can be on a team that is the support center for the Company.  The key responsibility will be to evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job in order to maximize every opportunity.  You are an extraordinary communicator with every department, constantly flowing information as quickly and accurately as possible to support our technicians with an exceptional ability to keep everyone running at a profitable level.  You have amazing customer service skills to support our service department as we grow. You can multi task by helping things running smoothly each day: scheduling service, helping with paperwork and ongoing communication and follow up to both our external and internal customers!

     

    Open Monday through Saturday, 7am – 7pm, the successful candidate will be a true multi-tasker and excellent problem solver that thrives in a high volume, deadline driven environment.  

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Meet daily revenue and sold hour efficiency goals – right technician, right call, sold time is correct, efficient drive time and optimize the schedule. 
    • Create schedules and use dispatch software and reporting tools (Excel, Service Titan, Word, etc.).
    • Provide extraordinary communication to our customers on the arrivals and/or status of their appointment multiple times throughout the day.
    • Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
    • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
    • Strategize and prioritize with all adjacent departments to ensure efficient and thoughtful service is provided.
    • Create plans of actions and contingency plans; execute processes and communicate minute by minute.
    • Maximize and communicate at all times.
    • Record the results of each service call, documenting the system appropriately.
    • Own and coordinate the parts board for our customers.
    • Cross train with other departments.
    • Knowledgeable on all company policies and guarantees.
    • Assist with other projects and duties as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

    •  2+ years of experience in field dispatch and/or service coordination required
    • Proven track record of strong customer service skills
    • Exceptional ability to prioritize and follow through
    • Adaptability, pressure performer and critical thinking skills
    • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical skills required
    • Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team
    • Strong interpersonal and extraordinary communication skills that blend well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
    • Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
    • Positive and confident, with the ability to remain calm and poised on all calls and in all conversations
