    This is a rare opportunity to work for a well-established and growing organization in a friendly and professional environment.


    As a key member of the Senior Management team, the Director of Marketing will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the director, planning, and execution of all marketing and branding activities to support the company’s overall goals and objectives. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Ecommerce to drive initiatives around and support ecommerce and digital marketing.


    Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Leads and manages marketing team, company Loyalty program and branding efforts
    • Directs and oversees all company creative efforts, consumer research, Media and PR, and Influencer programs
    • Takes ownership of major partnerships, sponsorships and events for company
    • Manages traffic-driving efforts for company, while staying abreast of industry best practice and competitor activity
    • Oversees visual merchandising, company printing, and all local/regional marketing efforts
    • Leads go-to-market planning in partnership with product, ecommerce, digital marketing and operations stake holders and senior leadership
    • Oversees marketing co-op partnerships with vendors and marketing and creative agency partners
    • Establishes and manages the company’s marketing and promotional calendar
    • Builds and manages yearly marketing budget
    • Perform other duties that may be assigned


    Director of Marketing Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in a marketing management position, preferably in a related industry
    • 5+ years leading creative teams
    • 2+ years’ experience managing communication with board of directors or other high-level stakeholders
    • Proven ability to lead change and build teams
    • Valid Driver’s License and the ability to occasionally travel to out of state locations/trade shows
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accountability and integrity
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must have a positive attitude and a dedicated work ethic
    • Must be comfortable working with adult-oriented subject matter
