    Confidential Company is seeking an experienced and passionate Direct Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic Marketing team. We're looking for someone who can share our vision and independently create and manage our direct marketing campaigns for luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience specializing in and managing direct digital, print, and mail marketing programs across internal and external resources, vendor relations, operations, reporting, and automation. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things change quickly. You must also be a self-starter who not only can manage his or her own daily workload and deadlines, but also contribute to team projects, display impeccable writing skills, operate well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a fun environment.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive strategy, development, and execution of multiple dynamic digital and print marketing campaigns spanning multiple campaigns and audience targeting 
    • Project management, development, and execution of marketing campaigns with internal and vendor resources and budget allocations
    • Oversee development of continual automation and product and vendor alignment for rapid scalability 
    • Maintain a tight calendar and budget 
    • Reporting, analysis, and optimization across all campaigns

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-5 years experience managing direct marketing campaigns, spanning print, digital, and mail
    • Strong content curation, writing, editing, and art direct skills 
    • Experience managing talent, including internal and vendor resources 
    • Experience with direct mail and digital direct campaign automation 
    • Self-motivated
    • Proactive problem solver
    • Great people skills and professionalism in person, on the phone and through email 
    • Team-player with strong communication and collaboration skills 
    • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and requests
