    We have a full-time opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team in the San Bernardino/Riverside County area. As our new Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales in the territory by growing product placement and value in new and existing accounts. This territory has established business with significant growth opportunity, commission, and a generous benefits package.

     

    We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and professional sales person with the ability to deliver first class service. The ideal candidate will have wholesale distribution, retail paint store, home center or hardware store sales experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies that successfully drive revenue through the sales of our products.
    • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close.
    • Develop category expertise in order to become proficient in selling, customer training, and category management.
    • Maintain a consistent call schedule.
    • Seek out and grow new business in addition to maintaining existing relationships with our valued clients.
    • Prepare semi-annual projections, sales goals and success tracking.
    • Work with manufacturers to develop programs in our customers’ best interests.
    • Travel throughout assigned territory on a regular basis.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma is required; Bachelor degree preferred.
    • 1+ year(s) sales experience required; background in wholesale distribution or the paint industry highly preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Be willing to travel overnight a few times per year.
