    We are looking for a bright, friendly, and highly organized Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team in downtown Seattle!  The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and exceptional customer service to tenants and guests of the building.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet and welcome visitors and tenants of the building.
    • Assist visitors and tenants with directions to tenant suites and answer questions about the building, facilities or amenities.
    • Serve as primary contact for tenant service requests, coordinate service calls with building engineers, maintain tenant service logs, and coordinate meetings.
    • Assist as needed with scheduling conference center rooms and with special events featured in the lobbies.
    • Create and maintain property newsletter and building information brochures.
    • Maintain the fitness center membership program.
    • Provide full administrative support, including phone support, correspondence, mailings, filing, scheduling meetings, documenting meeting minutes, managing team calendars, coordinating travel, and all general office administration duties.
    • Assist with preparation and administration of vendor contracts and performing property walk-throughs with vendors when necessary.
    • Review and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders/quotes and assist project accountant in obtaining necessary invoice approvals.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 1 year of office or front desk experience.
    • Prior experience in real estate is helpful.
    • High level proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people and personalities, using tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
    • Strong organizational skills, including filing, and follow-through capabilities.
    • Professional demeanor and appearance.
    • A pre-employment drug test and background check required.
