    To be successful, you must have the following experience: 

     

    • Experience in an advertising sales, business development and online media sales 
    • Proven ability to do own market analysis, and success in aggressively prospecting and cold calling. We want our sales reps to take full ownership of the sales cycle in their territory 
    • Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with customers to optimize their digital media expenditures 
    • Drive revenue growth with existing clients and upsell additional product features 
    • Ability to influence and close the deal to meet specific deliverables and deadlines 
    • Professional networking and business development skills 
    • Discipline around using CRM tools to record activity and metrics to analyze progress and roadblocks 

     

    Education and Skills: 

    • A minimum of 5 years proven sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales goals; outside, B2B, digital/online and homebuilding industry preferred 
    • Consultative/Solutions/ROI selling experience vs. a single product selling background 
    • Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written with strong presentation and demonstration skills 
    • Approach solutions to complex challenges with an analytical and creative mind set 
    • Technically proficient in CRM tools to record sales activities 
    • Team player and able to work with poise under pressure 
    • BA/BS preferred (or equivalent) 
    • Ability to travel as needed
