The Project Assistant provides administrative support to complete a variety of projects, and ongoing daily administrative tasks for the team. The Project Assistant may participate during all phases of the project life cycle. Under the direction of manager and owner of the projects, the Project Assistant helps move projects towards completion by performing project and office administration tasks, which typically include production and distribution of collateral file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, order processing, scheduling and team collaboration.
