We have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Client Services team. As an HR Coordinator, you will support our Generalists and Managers on a variety of HR tasks and projects, including processing unemployment and workers' compensation claims, managing EEO reporting and OSHA filings, processing COBRA paperwork, assisting with benefit-related projects, conducting exit/entrance interviews, compiling new hire packets, and providing general administrative project support.

 

A successful applicant for this position will be highly organized and able to handle competing priorities with a healthy sense of humor and a commitment to success. Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of HR-related office/administrative support experience
  • Experience processing unemployment claims and workers' compensation preferred; knowledge of COBRA, EEO-1 reporting, leaves of absence processing, and/or OSHA filings desired.
  • Excellent customer services skills (internal and external)
  • Ability to multi-task and keep an eye on the details
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Comfortable taking on new tasks and working independently
