This position will primarily assist with and/or manage the hiring function for clients in a variety of industries. You'll work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an accurate representation of position qualifications, adequate applicant flow, and an expedited hiring process. Responsibilities include writing/placing ads, researching sourcing options, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and reference checks, scheduling interviews, etc. The position may also assist other HR team members with exit/entrance interviews, job description creation, file audits, new employee orientations, etc.
