    Era Living is seeking a full-time Dining Room Services Director to become the newest member of our Dining Services team located in our University House Issaquah Community, Issaquah, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    This Front of House (FOH) role supervises all dining room employees and is responsible for the overall direction and evaluation of the Dining Services Department to ensure the highest quality of service to residents and their guests.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Previous experience in restaurant or retirement food service, including supervisory experience.
    • Current Food Handler Card, Alcohol Server Permit and CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
    • Ability to read and write in English.
    • Some flexibility in schedule, including ability to work one weekend day.
    • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
